Description:

Hiring a Support Specialist in Florence, SC to research payroll data for accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide answers to internal or external questions, complaints or suggestions about a company's service or product.
• Provide specific information regarding the services, products or materials offered by a company.
• Answer phones, provide troubleshooting information.
• Works independently and with a team to follow up on payroll file inconsistencies.
• Research payroll data for accuracy.
• Test incoming payroll test file through Implementation.
• Ability to navigate through Excel Spreadsheets.

Skills:

Customer service, Troubleshooting, Technical support

Qualifications:

• 2 years of data analysis experience
• 2 years of customer or sales support experience
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
